Machine Head

The group metal Machine Head is founded in 1992 in Oakland in the United States. It is the fruit of collaboration between Robb Flynn (song/guitar), Logan Mader (guitar), Adam Duce (low) and Tony Costanza (battery) who is quickly replaced by Chris Kontos. The group signs its first album Burn my eyes in 1994. The success of this disc enables him to ensure the first part of Slayer and to turn to Europe and to the United States. It plays in 1995 with the festival famous metal of Castle Donington. Walter Ryan replaces Chris Kontos on the last dates of the round. He joined then the Madball group and is replaced by Will Carroll then Dave McClain. This last enters the formation in 1996. The following year, Machine Head signs its second album entitled The more things changes.... It is followed of Burning red in 1999. In 2001, Machine Head réapparait with Supercharger and the new guitarist Ahrue Luster who replaces Logan Mader. In 2003, the group signs Through the Ashes of Empires. |
