Biography
Lee Anthony Brennan was born on the 27th September 1973 in Carlilse. Lee's dream was to play football and to represent his County (team), however due to an illness he was unable to continue with his career.
Performing was his next best love, in 1995 Lee teamed up with Jimmy Constable and Simon Dawbarn 'Spike' , dancers from the late-night tv show 'The Hitman and Her', in the role of lead vocals, 911 was born.

Soon after Lee moved up to Scotland, 911 released two singles on an independent label whilst doing gigs around the country. The singles were big hits and in 1996 911 got signed on a lucrative record deal with Virgin Records marking the point when their career really took off.
The band were in great demand, 911 successfully toured the UK, the 'Reunited' and the 'Asia' tours (Kuala Lumpur, Penang) where a success.

It was just after the 'Malaysia tour' that the band drained from gigging and feeling that it was time to move on whilst on top decided to call it a day.
Sadly the end came in February 2000 when they announced their split live on Chris Moyles Radio 1 show.

911 and Lee Brennan have a worldwide fanbase still strong from places as far as South East Asia where they have had a sell out tour and their album 'The Journey' stayed at number 1 for twenty weeks going platinum 7 times.

911 sold over seven million records, released four albums and had 10 UK top-10 singles including a number with 'A Little Bit More'.
More classics soon followed, notably 'Party People', 'The Journey', 'Private Number', 'Night To Remember', 'Don't Make Me Wait', ‘More Than A Woman’ and the energetic catching & dance rhythmic hit 'Bodyshakin'.
After the split Lee simply wanted to spend some time out of the spotlight and live 'a normal life'. Lee continued song writing. "We split up because we'd had our time and it was time to move over for someone else. I didn't have a clue what I wanted to do with myself. I was like, do I want to try singing again? Acting or Presenting? I didn't know what the hell to do, so I just sat at home and had a rest first and got my mind clear for six months".

During the summer of 2001 Spike got a call from an agent who used to do 911's old concerts, he wanted to put a theatre tour together, this resulted in a 'reunited tour' which took place late in 2001, 911 was now reformed.
Lee recalls "We had a good time doing it and there was a good response to it. At the end of the day it was worth doing and it was just good to get back on stage again". Lee then went on to co-writing a couple of tracks with Howard Donald, ex 'Take That' star and has written more songs including a number 1 hit for the boyband Blue 'If you come back'.

2002 brought the release of Lee Brennan's solo debut single 'Turn it around' which is an up-tempo spirited pop song.
Lee followed with an acting career, he has played the role of Peter Pan in various Pantos around the UK and has strong ambitions to get into professional acting.

In 2005 the band was invited to take part in ITV show 'Hit Me Baby One More Time' which was to give bands a fresh shot at today's charts. 911 won a place in the final where they performed one of their many greatest hits - 'Bodyshakin' and a cover version of 'S Club 7's 'Dont stop movin', unfortunately 911 didn't win the final, but it wasn't all bad as it lead to a renewed interest in the group.

Lee Brennan regularly rejoins with the band for gigs and whilst persuing his acting career continues songwiting , Lee is currently auditioning for various roles, for the third year he will be performing as Peter Pan in the Christmas 2005 panto.
