Chris Kirkpatrick

Biography

Chris Kirkpatrick was born October 17, 1971 in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Both as the founder and a member of one of the most successful musical groups of all time, 'N Sync, Kirkpatrick has definitely made his mark in the music world.

In April, 2003, Chris Kirkpatrick purchased a three-story home in the community of Vizcaya in Orlando, Florida. Kirkpatrick's home is worth roughly one Million and includes six bedrooms, four and 1/2 bathrooms, and a swimming pool.

This home also offers a commanding view of Big Sand Lake and is located not very far away from his previous residence on Lake Serene Dr.

Kirkpatrick also shares Vizcaya, and in fact the same street, with another celebrity: Kelvin Cato, who is a member of the NBA's Orlando Magic.

The Vizcaya community is set on 85 acres in southwest Orlando and is based on a Mediterranean-style theme. Vizcaya is surrounded by Big Sand Lake, Little Sand Lake, and Lake Serene and when completed, is slated to contain a total of 425 homes ranging in price from about $300,000 up to two Million.
