Michael Mahonen
| Biography |
Michael Mahonen has worked in both the United States and Canada. He is best known for his role as 'Gus Pike' in the internationally acclaimed television series "Road to Avonlea," for which he received 3 Gemini Award Nominations.
He has acted in numberous film and television projects, such as "Star Trek: Voyager", "A People's History of Canada", "Conspiracy of Silence" (Gemini Award for lead actor), "Strong Medicine" and most recently a one hour teleplay of "Macbeth" and a guest star performance in the new CBC series "This Is Wonderland".
Mr. Mahonen also wrote and produced the film "Sandstorm", which recently recently won a 'Festival Special Prize' at the 6th Annual "Law and Society International Film and Television Festival" in Moscow, Russia. |
