Andrew Levitas
| Biography |
Andrew Levitas was born on September 4, 1977 in New York, New York. Originally, he was going to pursue a career in business at New York University but was discovered while attending there and landed a role on the popular daytime series "As the World Turns" (1956). His talent caught the eye of producers in Los Angeles who persuaded him to relocate to the west coast. Putting his schoolwork on hold, Andrew moved to Hollywood and was cast in a recurring role on the CBS hit televison show "The Nanny" (1993). He has subsequently appeared in movies such as In & Out (1997) - he had a major role until they cut his part from the movie and Psycho Beach Party (2000) in which he plays 'Provoloney' - a surfer who flies off the handle real quick. He also appeared in many popular television shows such as "Party of Five" (1994) - where he played Lacey Chabert's affection, "Boy Meets World" (1993) and "Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher" (1996). When not at work he enjoys the outdoors and can be found indulging his passion for skiing, tennis and mountain biking. |
