Vivian Chow (Traditional Chinese: 周慧敏) (born November 10, 1967), is a popular singer and actress from Hong Kong. She retired from the entertainment scene in the late 1990s yet remained in the public eye and recently returned to become a spokeswoman for a cosmetics company. She has been offered a "comeback" concert in 2006 but has so far turned the chance down. |
