Beckham (then Victoria Adams) was one of the original Spice Girls, the British pop supergroup of the 1990s. Victoria was "Posh Spice," the elegantly haughty member of the ensemble. (The other four members were known as Baby Spice, Sporty Spice, Scary Spice and Ginger Spice.) In July of 1999 she married football (soccer) star David Beckham; the two quickly became one of Britain's most celebrated couples, with their home jokingly known as "Beckingham Palace." She released the 2001 album Victoria Beckham followed by a succession of singles.
Beckham is 5'6" tall... The Beckhams' first son Brooklyn was born on 4 March 1999; he is named for the American city where he was conceived... A second son, Romeo, was born on 1 September 2002, and a third named Cruz was born on 20 Feburary 2005.
