In 1996 it wins the Festival of Sanremo with "Not IC I am", and it publishes his/her first album with passages of Claudio Mattone. In 1997 it again participates in the Festival of Sanremo, but this time among the big. Third arrives with "you are You". it Goes out the his/her according to album "The angel", with passages of Claudio Mattone and Alberto Salerno, always in the world of the melodic romantic that will also continue in the third album "STATION WAGON", gone out in 1998. In the '99 Syria to the search of a repertoire that mostly represents her/it meets Biagio Antonacci: person and author artistically more next to his/her reality of singer.

The 26 May of 2000 goes out its fourth album "As A Drop Of water", produced by Biagio Antonacci with its team (Stephen De Maio and Phillip Raspanti) and its musicians. Biagio has been more than a producer: you/he/she has forced Syria to look at himself/herself/themselves inside, writing songs on his/her skin, thinking about his/her 23 years and she granting her liberty to also submit him to young authors, good, intense as Phillip Malatesta, Mark Liverani, Saverio Lanza, David Massarini, Matteo Montanari, Emiliano Fantuzzi and Matteo Saggese. Syria writes his/her first text on the music of Marina Rei for the song "Cursed the day". The single one "If I love You Or No", one become some passages more played during the summer 2000. It follows the passage "Until Á. the Sky", that will accompany her/it up to the Festival of Sanremo 2001 to which you/he/she has been invited to participate. Biagio Antonacci as continuation of the run artistic fact together with this album writes her "FANTASTICAMENTEAMORE", with which participates to the festival. One of the single ones in the summer will become 2001 and it will bring the album to the gold disk "As A Drop Of water."

To end of the 2001 Syria it begins the search of the songs for the new album, departing from three great signatures: Max Pezzali with the passage "to Be You" (what you/they had already sung together for the 883 album "One in +" gone out in the summer 2001), Lawrence Jovanotti with "If You Are not With Me", and Gianna Nannini that together with Isabella Santacroce you/he/she has written "Fragile Eyes."

With these three passages it begins the production in study of the album, with the same team of the precedent, but without Biagio Antonacci. Songs arrive from all the parts, but the choice of Syria results very careful and coherent. The songs of this album that he will entitle "My Fables" and that it will go out in autumn of 2002, they surely represent, even if young, the present of Syria as woman, mother and wife. And' author of a song devoted to his/her/their daughter "Letter To Alice", of the Italian version of a passage of Jill Sobule "The kisseds to girl", become "Today He Changes" and of the text of another beautiful passage from the title "MI Consumes". it Interprets passages of other authors with which you/he/she has already collaborated in precedence: Saverio Lanza, Stephen Croce, Mark Liverani and Gabriele Leonardi.

March 2003: Syria participates in the Festival of Sanremo with the passage «The love is'», written by Jovanotti. This association with Lawrence helps Syria to push himself/herself/themselves toward a more identifiable broadcast pop tendency….. the radios sustain her/it and they contribute to an ascent in the classifications.
And after a summer tour around in Italy… a few months of break to reload him and to put to fire the personal desires, in the 2004 Syria he/she leaves again to the search of a new repertoire, it will be one intense year, rich of changes.

Syria publishes (May 13 th 2005) his/her sixth album that entitles him 'it Is not' Sinned', the disk produced by Michael Canova (manufacturing of Eros Ramazzotti, Max Pezzali, Titian Ferro and Jovanotti), it will on purpose contain 11 passages unpublished writings for Syria from different artists and authors among the most interesting of the Italian musical panorama as: Jovanotti, Titian Ferro, Mario Venuti, Her Vibrations and Giorgia. With this album: doesn't is not sin to be the «new» Syria, a Syria that there was before also, but that it is indeed now difficult not to see, and to take seriously. Able as interpreter to conjugate, in his/her voice, the lightness and the depth that do of the pop one an universal language.
