Rollergirl's real name is Nicole Saft, which smoothly translated into English became Nicci Juice... Does she rollerskate for real ? Yes, sure, she's been practicing since she was a kid. While on holiday in Mallorca she met producer Alex Christensen, known for U96 among other things... And of course the name Rollergirl comes from Heather Graham´s character in Boogie Nights, the movie starring Mark Wahlberg among others...
Nicole is living in Hamburg, Germany. She was born November 19th, 1975. Her first hits were Luv You More, Madonna cover Dear Jessie and Bangles cover Eternal Flame. Rollergirl´s major European breakthrough Superstar, which is her best release yet - a sexy dance tune that no one can resist. New single Close To You was released in May 2001. A second album, entitled I Wanna Dance, was planned to be released in late summer.
2002 : Rollegirl released a new single entitled Geisha Dreams. She is also almost done with a new CD called I Wanna Dance or Disco Fever. |
