Born on November 18th, 1973 in Houston, Texas, Shaune Bagwell (ne Stauffer) was drawn to performing arts at a young age. She was quite adept at ballet and was involved in drama as well. During a talk being given by a modeling agent in high school, 13-year-old Bagwell was singled out and asked to meet with the speaker after class. She was already quite stunning and the agent could not help but try and recruit her.
