Sally Phillips
| Biography |
Sally Phillips was born in Hong Kong and travelled the world because Daddy worked for British Airways. At Wycombe Abbey where she boarded she spent most of her time there being bullied. She later graduated from New College, Oxford, with a first in Italian, before grabbing recognition as the giggling receptionist in I'm Alan Partridge. She also co-created Smack the Pony, an all-female, double Emmy-Award winning comedy show. Her role in the film Notting Hill ended on the cutting room floor but she can console herself with her latest performance as Shazza in Bridget Jones Diary, which has won her rave role and got her agents phone ringing. Though she is currently shooting The Man Who Killed Don Quixote with Johnny Depp. Sally is a devout Christian.
