Kristen Miller
| Biography |
Kristen has most recently served as the OIT Director of Enterprise Projects where she has overseen numerous agency initiatives in public safety and health and human services. In addition, Kristen has been instrumental in establishing the Enterprise Project Management Methodology and training program, launching the enterprise grants management initiative, and overseeing the ongoing statewide roll out of the Justice Network. She brings combined experience from the public and private sectors to this position having worked previously for Andersen Consulting and Deloitte Consulting.
Kristen has worked in the information technology field for over 13 years serving public sector agencies at the State and Local level within Health and Human Services, Tax and Revenue, Education, Law and Justice and Victims Services.
Kristen has managed multi-million dollar projects among a diverse portfolio of needs in project management, quality assurance, full lifecycle system development, IT visioning and strategic planning, data warehousing and business process redesign.
Kristen holds a Masters of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a Bachelors of Public Policy from Syracuse University. |
