Krista Allen was born April 5, 1972, in Ventura, California, but was raised in Houston, Texas. Her parents divorced when Krista was young, but they both eventually remarried.
As is no surprise, Krista won several beauty competitions as a teenager, and was crowned "Miss Texas." Her stint as a beauty queen led to her work as a model, with titles such as the national "Budweiser Girl." In addition to her modeling work for the popular beer, which consisted of billboards, catalogs and calendars, Krista also became the "World Gym" spokesmodel while working as an aerobics instructor.
